No Strings Attached

For most 5 year olds, sitting still is not high on the list of priorities. Unfortunately for Ellis, being hooked up to an IV tower for the last week and a half has severely limited his mobility. During the multiple hours of Chemo yesterday, we were bound to the couch with quite the maze of wires for fluids, medicine, monitors, and of course…a TV remote.

Thankfully once we finished the first dose of Chemo (Which he handled wonderful with next to no side effects!) he was able to unplug and have his first dose of freedom in the last nearly two weeks! We spent some time running through the halls, building legos on the floor, and enjoying our new found freedom.
